SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PAPOLB (poly(A) polymerase beta, also called PAP-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PAPOLB qPCR Primer Set – poly(A) polymerase beta
Also known as: PAPT, TPAP
About this gene: PAPOLB is predicted to enable poly RNA polymerase activity. It is predicted to be involved in RNA 3'-end processing and mRNA processing. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56903; HGNC ID: HGNC:15970; UniProt: Q9NRJ5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020144.5; Chromosome location: 7p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
