SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PAPOLA (poly(A) polymerase alpha, also called PAP-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PAPOLA qPCR Primer Set – poly(A) polymerase alpha
Also known as: PAP, PAP-alpha
About this gene: The PAPOLA protein belongs to the poly polymerase family. The PAPOLA gene product is required for the addition of adenosine residues for the creation of the 3'-poly tail of mRNAs.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10914; HGNC ID: HGNC:14981; UniProt: P51003; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032632.5; Chromosome location: 14q32.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
