SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human REG3A (regenerating family member 3 alpha, also called HIP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human REG3A qPCR Primer Set – regenerating family member 3 alpha
Also known as: HIP, HIP/PAP, INGAP, PAP, PAP-H, PAP1, PBCGF, REG-III, REG3
About this gene: REG3A encodes a pancreatic secretory protein that may be involved in cell proliferation or differentiation. The REG3A gene product has similarity to the C-type lectin superfamily. The enhanced expression of REG3A is observed during pancreatic inflammation and liver carcinogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5068; HGNC ID: HGNC:8601; UniProt: Q06141; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002580.3; Chromosome location: 2p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
