Human PAK6 qPCR Primer Set – p21 (RAC1) activated kinase 6
About this gene: PAK6 belongs to a family of p21-stimulated serine/threonine protein kinases, which contain an amino-terminal Cdc42/Rac interactive binding domain and a carboxyl-terminal kinase domain. These kinases function in a number of cellular processes, including cytoskeleton rearrangement, apoptosis, and the mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway. The PAK6 protein interacts with androgen receptor and translocates to the nucleus, where it is involved in transcriptional regulation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56924; HGNC ID: HGNC:16061; UniProt: Q9NQU5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001395430.1; Chromosome location: 15q15.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
