About this gene: The PAK3 protein is a serine-threonine kinase and forms an activated complex with GTP-bound RAS-like, CDC2 and RAC1. The PAK3 protein may be necessary for dendritic development and for the rapid cytoskeletal reorganization in dendritic spines linked to synaptic plasticity. Defects in PAK3 are the cause of a non-syndromic form of X-linked intellectual disability.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
