Human PAFAH1B3 qPCR Primer Set – platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase 1b catalytic subunit 3
Also known as: PAFAHG
About this gene: PAFAH1B3 encodes a acetylhydrolase that catalyzes the removal of an acetyl group from the glycerol backbone of platelet-activating factor. The encoded enzyme is a subunit of the platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase isoform 1B complex, which consists of the catalytic beta and gamma subunits and the regulatory alpha subunit. This complex functions in brain development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5050; HGNC ID: HGNC:8576; UniProt: Q15102; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002573.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
