SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PAFAH1B2 (platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase 1b catalytic subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PAFAH1B2 qPCR Primer Set – platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase 1b catalytic subunit 2
Also known as: HEL-S-303
About this gene: Platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase inactivates platelet-activating factor into acetate and LYSO-PAF. This gene encodes the beta subunit of PAFAH, the other subunits are alpha and gamma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5049; HGNC ID: HGNC:8575; UniProt: P68402; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002572.4; Chromosome location: 11q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
