SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PABPC4 (poly(A) binding protein cytoplasmic 4, also called iPABP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PABPC4 qPCR Primer Set – poly(A) binding protein cytoplasmic 4
Also known as: APP-1, APP1, PABP4, iPABP
About this gene: Poly-binding proteins bind to the poly tail present at the 3-prime ends of most eukaryotic mRNAs. PABPC4 or IPABP was isolated as an activation-induced T-cell mRNA encoding a protein. Activation of T cells increased PABPC4 mRNA levels in T cells approximately 5-fold.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8761; HGNC ID: HGNC:8557; UniProt: Q13310; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001135653.2; Chromosome location: 1p34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
