SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PAAF1 (proteasomal ATPase associated factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PAAF1 qPCR Primer Set – proteasomal ATPase associated factor 1
Also known as: PAAF, Rpn14, WDR71
About this gene: PAAF1 encodes a WD repeat-containing protein involved in regulation of association of proteasome components. During HIV infection, the PAAF1 protein is believed to promote provirus transcription through recruitment of the 19S regulatory complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80227; HGNC ID: HGNC:25687; UniProt: Q9BRP4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025155.3; Chromosome location: 11q13.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
