SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GATAD2A (GATA zinc finger domain containing 2A, also called Hp66alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GATAD2A qPCR Primer Set – GATA zinc finger domain containing 2A
Also known as: p66alpha
About this gene: GATAD2A enables protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is involved in chromatin remodeling and negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54815; HGNC ID: HGNC:29989; UniProt: Q86YP4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001384528.1; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
