Human ATP5PD qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase peripheral stalk subunit d
Also known as: APT5H, ATP5H, ATPQ
About this gene: Mitochondrial ATP synthase catalyzes ATP synthesis, utilizing an electrochemical gradient of protons across the inner membrane during oxidative phosphorylation. The ATP5PD gene product is composed of two linked multi-subunit complexes: the soluble catalytic core, F1, and the membrane-spanning component, Fo, which comprises the proton channel. The F1 complex consists of 5 different subunits assembled in a ratio of 3 alpha, 3 beta, and a single representative of the other 3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10476; HGNC ID: HGNC:845; UniProt: O75947; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006356.3; Chromosome location: 17q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
