SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human P4HA1 (prolyl 4-hydroxylase subunit alpha 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human P4HA1 qPCR Primer Set – prolyl 4-hydroxylase subunit alpha 1
Also known as: P4HA
About this gene: P4HA1 encodes a component of prolyl 4-hydroxylase, a key enzyme in collagen synthesis composed of two identical alpha subunits and two beta subunits. In collagen and related proteins, prolyl 4-hydroxylase catalyzes the formation of 4-hydroxyproline that is essential to the proper three-dimensional folding of newly synthesized procollagen chains.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5033; HGNC ID: HGNC:8546; UniProt: P13674; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001017962.3; Chromosome location: 10q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
