SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human P2RX6 (purinergic receptor P2X 6, also called P2X6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human P2RX6 qPCR Primer Set – purinergic receptor P2X 6
Also known as: P2RXL1, P2X6, P2XM
About this gene: The P2RX6 protein belongs to the family of P2X receptors, which are ATP-gated ion channels and mediate rapid and selective permeability to cations. P2RX6 is predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle, and regulated by p53. The P2RX6 protein is linked to VE-cadherin at the adherens junctions of human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9127; HGNC ID: HGNC:8538; UniProt: O15547; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005446.5; Chromosome location: 22q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
