SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human P2RX4 (purinergic receptor P2X 4, also called P2X4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human P2RX4 qPCR Primer Set – purinergic receptor P2X 4
Also known as: P2X4, P2X4R
About this gene: The product of P2RX4 belongs to the family of purinoceptors for ATP. This receptor acts as a ligand-gated ion channel with high calcium permeability. The main pharmacological distinction between the members of the purinoceptor family is the relative sensitivity to the antagonists suramin and PPADS. The product of P2RX4 has the lowest sensitivity for these antagonists.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5025; HGNC ID: HGNC:8535; UniProt: Q99571; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002560.3; Chromosome location: 12q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
