SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human P2RX3 (purinergic receptor P2X 3, also called P2X3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human P2RX3 qPCR Primer Set – purinergic receptor P2X 3
Also known as: P2X3
About this gene: P2RX3 belongs to the P2X purinergic receptor gene family which includes seven members. P2X purinoceptors are a family of cation-permeable, ligand-gated ion channels that open in response to the binding of extracellular adenosine 5'-triphosphate. The P2RX3 protein is a subunit of the trimeric P2X3 receptor ion channel which is expressed by sensory or autonomic neurons.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5024; HGNC ID: HGNC:8534; UniProt: P56373; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002559.5; Chromosome location: 11q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
