SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human P2RX1 (purinergic receptor P2X 1, also called P2X1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human P2RX1 qPCR Primer Set – purinergic receptor P2X 1
Also known as: P2X1
About this gene: The P2RX1 protein belongs to the P2X family of G-protein-coupled receptors. These proteins can form homo-and heterotimers and function as ATP-gated ion channels and mediate rapid and selective permeability to cations. The P2RX1 protein is primarily localized to smooth muscle where binds ATP and mediates synaptic transmission between neurons and from neurons to smooth muscle and may being responsible for sympathetic vasoconstriction in small arteries, arterioles and vas deferens.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5023; HGNC ID: HGNC:8533; UniProt: P51575; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002558.4; Chromosome location: 17p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
