SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NDUFB11 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B11, also called p17.3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NDUFB11 qPCR Primer Set – NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B11
Also known as: CI-ESSS, ESSS, MC1DN30, NP17.3, Np15, P17.3
About this gene: The NDUFB11 protein is a subunit of the multisubunit NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase. Mammalian complex I is located at the mitochondrial inner membrane. The NDUFB11 protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54539; HGNC ID: HGNC:20372; UniProt: Q9NX14; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001135998.3; Chromosome location: Xp11.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
