SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RPRD1A (regulation of nuclear pre-mRNA domain containing 1A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RPRD1A qPCR Primer Set – regulation of nuclear pre-mRNA domain containing 1A
Also known as: HsT3101, P15RS
About this gene: RPRD1A encodes a cell-cycle and transcription regulatory protein. The RPRD1A protein interacts with the cell cycle inhibitor cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor B and may function as a negative regulator of G/S phase progression. The RPRD1A protein also forms homo- and hetrodimers with the protein, regulation of nuclear pre-mRNA domain-containing protein 1B.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55197; HGNC ID: HGNC:25560; UniProt: Q96P16; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018170.5; Chromosome location: 18q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
