SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human OXR1 (oxidation resistance 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human OXR1 qPCR Primer Set – oxidation resistance 1
Also known as: CHEGDD, Nbla00307, TLDC3
About this gene: OXR1 is predicted to enable oxidoreductase activity. It is predicted to be involved in response to oxidative stress. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including adult walking behavior; negative regulation of cellular response to oxidative stress; and negative regulation of peptidyl-cysteine S-nitrosylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55074; HGNC ID: HGNC:15822; UniProt: Q8N573; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001198533.2; Chromosome location: 8q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
