SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human OXA1L (OXA1L mitochondrial inner membrane insertase, also called OXA1Hs) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human OXA1L qPCR Primer Set – OXA1L mitochondrial inner membrane insertase
Also known as: OXA1, OXA1L1
About this gene: OXA1L encodes a evolutionarily conserved protein that is localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane. The OXA1L protein is essential for the translocation of the N-terminal tail of subunit 2 of cytochrome c oxidase, and is involved in the assembly of the cytochrome c oxidase and ATPase complexes of the mitochondrial respiratory chain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5018; HGNC ID: HGNC:8526; UniProt: Q15070; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005015.5; Chromosome location: 14q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
