SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human OSTF1 (osteoclast stimulating factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human OSTF1 qPCR Primer Set – osteoclast stimulating factor 1
Also known as: OSF, SH3P2, bA235O14.1
About this gene: Osteoclast-stimulating factor-1 is an intracellular protein produced by osteoclasts that indirectly induces osteoclast formation and bone resorption.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26578; HGNC ID: HGNC:8510; UniProt: Q92882; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012383.5; Chromosome location: 9q21.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
