About this gene: OSM belongs to the leukemia inhibitory factor/oncostatin-M family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protein. The OSM protein is a secreted cytokine and growth regulator that inhibits the proliferation of a number of tumor cell lines.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
