SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human OSBPL9 (oxysterol binding protein like 9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human OSBPL9 qPCR Primer Set – oxysterol binding protein like 9
Also known as: ORP-9, ORP9
About this gene: OSBPL9 belongs to the oxysterol-binding protein family, a group of intracellular lipid receptors. Most members contain an N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain and a highly conserved C-terminal OSBP-like sterol-binding domain, although some members contain only the sterol-binding domain. This family member acts as a cholesterol transfer protein that regulates Golgi structure and function.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 114883; HGNC ID: HGNC:16386; UniProt: Q96SU4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024586.6; Chromosome location: 1p32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
