SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ORM2 (orosomucoid 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ORM2 qPCR Primer Set – orosomucoid 2
Also known as: AGP-B, AGP-B', AGP2
About this gene: ORM2 encodes a key acute phase plasma protein. Because of its increase due to acute inflammation, this protein is classified as an acute-phase reactant. The specific function of this protein has not yet been determined; however, it may be involved in aspects of immunosuppression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5005; HGNC ID: HGNC:8499; UniProt: P19652; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000608.4; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
