SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ORC1 (origin recognition complex subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ORC1 qPCR Primer Set – origin recognition complex subunit 1
Also known as: HSORC1, ORC1L, PARC1
About this gene: The origin recognition complex is a highly conserved six subunits protein complex essential for the initiation of the DNA replication in eukaryotic cells. Studies in yeast demonstrated that ORC binds specifically to origins of replication and serves as a platform for the assembly of additional initiation factors such as Cdc6 and Mcm proteins. The ORC1 protein is the largest subunit of the ORC complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4998; HGNC ID: HGNC:8487; UniProt: Q13415; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004153.4; Chromosome location: 1p32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
