Human ATP5F1B qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase F1 subunit beta
Also known as: ATP5B, ATPMB, ATPSB, DYT38, HEL-S-271, HUMOP2
About this gene: ATP5F1B encodes a subunit of mitochondrial ATP synthase. Mitochondrial ATP synthase catalyzes ATP synthesis, utilizing an electrochemical gradient of protons across the inner membrane during oxidative phosphorylation. ATP synthase is composed of two linked multi-subunit complexes: the soluble catalytic core, F1, and the membrane-spanning component, Fo, comprising the proton channel.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 506; HGNC ID: HGNC:830; UniProt: P06576; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001686.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
