About this gene: ONECUT1 belongs to the Cut homeobox family of transcription factors. Expression of the ONECUT1 protein is enriched in the liver, where it stimulates transcription of liver-expressed genes, and antagonizes glucocorticoid-stimulated gene transcription. ONECUT1 may influence a variety of cellular processes including glucose metabolism, cell cycle regulation, and it may also be linked to cancer.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
