About this gene: OLFM1 product shares extensive sequence similarity with the rat neuronal olfactomedin-related ER localized protein. While the exact function of the OLFM1 protein is not known, its abundant expression in brain suggests that it may have an essential role in nerve tissue.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
