About this gene: The OGDHL protein is similar to oxoglutarate dehydrogenase of the OGDH complex, which degrades glucose and glutamate. OGDHL encodes multiple isoforms, including some that appear to localize to mitochondria. The OGDHL protein down-regulates the AKT signaling cascade and can suppress the growth of cervical cancer cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
