About this gene: OFD1 is located on the X chromosome and encodes a centrosomal protein. The mouse gene is also located on the X chromosome, however, unlike the human gene it is not subject to X inactivation. Mutations in OFD1 are linked to oral-facial-digital syndrome type I and Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome type 2.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
