SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GATAD1 (GATA zinc finger domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GATAD1 qPCR Primer Set – GATA zinc finger domain containing 1
Also known as: CMD2B, ODAG, RG083M05.2
About this gene: The GATAD1 protein contains a zinc finger at the N-terminus, and is believed to bind to a histone modification site that regulates gene expression. Mutations in GATAD1 have been linked to autosomal recessive dilated cardiomyopathy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57798; HGNC ID: HGNC:29941; UniProt: Q8WUU5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021167.5; Chromosome location: 7q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
