SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human OCM (oncomodulin, also called OM) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human OCM qPCR Primer Set – oncomodulin
Also known as: OCM1, OM, ONCM
About this gene: Oncomodulin is a high-affinity calcium ion-binding protein. The OCM gene product belongs to the superfamily of calmodulin proteins, also known as the EF-hand proteins. Oncomodulin is an oncodevelopmental protein found in early embryonic cells in the placenta and also in tumors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 654231; HGNC ID: HGNC:8105; UniProt: P0CE72; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001097622.2; Chromosome location: 7p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
