SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LUC7L3 (LUC7 like 3 pre-mRNA splicing factor, also called Luc7A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LUC7L3 qPCR Primer Set – LUC7 like 3 pre-mRNA splicing factor
Also known as: CRA, CREAP-1, CROP, LUC7A, OA48-18, hLuc7A
About this gene: LUC7L3 encodes a protein with an N-terminal half that contains cysteine/histidine motifs and leucine zipper-like repeats, and the C-terminal half is rich in arginine and glutamate residues and arginine and serine residues. The LUC7L3 protein localizes with a speckled pattern in the nucleus, and could be involved in the formation of splicesome via the RE and RS domains.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51747; HGNC ID: HGNC:24309; UniProt: O95232; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016424.5; Chromosome location: 17q21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
