SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CACTIN (cactin, spliceosome C complex subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CACTIN qPCR Primer Set – cactin, spliceosome C complex subunit
Also known as: C19orf29, NY-REN-24, fSAPc
About this gene: CACTIN enables RNA binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to cytokine stimulus; negative regulation of cytokine production; and negative regulation of signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58509; HGNC ID: HGNC:29938; UniProt: Q8WUQ7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001080543.2; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
