SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPZ1 (spermatogenic leucine zipper 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPZ1 qPCR Primer Set – spermatogenic leucine zipper 1
Also known as: CILD38, NYD-TSP1, PPP1R148
About this gene: SPZ1 encodes a bHLH-zip transcription factor which functions in the mitogen-activate protein kinase signaling pathway. Because of its role in the upregulation of cell proliferation and tumorigenesis, SPZ1 may serve as a target for Ras-induced tumor treatments.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84654; HGNC ID: HGNC:30721; UniProt: Q9BXG8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032567.4; Chromosome location: 5q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
