About this gene: DRC2 encodes a sperm tail protein that is highly expressed in adult testis, spermatocytes and spermatids. The protein plays a critical role in the assembly of the nexin-dynein regulatory complex. Mutations in DRC2 result in primary ciliary dyskinesia.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
