SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NXN (nucleoredoxin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NXN qPCR Primer Set – nucleoredoxin
Also known as: NRX, RRS2, TRG-4
About this gene: NXN belongs to the thioredoxin superfamily, a group of small, multifunctional redox-active proteins. Members of this family are characterized by a conserved active motif called the thioredoxin fold that catalyzes disulfide bond formation and isomerization. The NXN protein acts a redox-dependent regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway and is involved in cell growth and differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64359; HGNC ID: HGNC:18008; UniProt: Q6DKJ4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022463.5; Chromosome location: 17p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
