About this gene: NUTF2 encodes a cytosolic factor that facilitates protein transport into the nucleus. The NUTF2 protein is required for nuclear import of the small Ras-like GTPase, Ran which is involved in numerous cellular processes. The NUTF2 protein also interacts with the nuclear pore complex glycoprotein p62.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
