SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ABR (ABR activator of RhoGEF and GTPase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ABR qPCR Primer Set – ABR activator of RhoGEF and GTPase
Also known as: MDB
About this gene: ABR encodes a protein that is similar to the protein encoded by the breakpoint cluster region gene located on chromosome 22. The ABR protein contains a GTPase-activating protein domain, a domain found in members of the Rho family of GTP-binding proteins. Functional studies in mice determined that this protein is involved in vestibular morphogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29; HGNC ID: HGNC:81; UniProt: Q12979; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021962.5; Chromosome location: 17p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
