SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NUP54 (nucleoporin 54) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NUP54 qPCR Primer Set – nucleoporin 54
Also known as: DYT37
About this gene: The nuclear envelope creates distinct nuclear and cytoplasmic compartments in eukaryotic cells. The NUP54 gene product consists of two concentric membranes perforated by nuclear pores, large protein complexes that form aqueous channels to regulate the flow of macromolecules between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. These complexes are composed of at least 100 different polypeptide subunits, many of which belong to the nucleoporin family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53371; HGNC ID: HGNC:17359; UniProt: Q7Z3B4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017426.4; Chromosome location: 4q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
