SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NUP37 (nucleoporin 37, also called p37) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NUP37 qPCR Primer Set – nucleoporin 37
Also known as: MCPH24, p37
About this gene: Nuclear pore complexes are used for transporting macromolecules between the cytoplasm and the nucleus. NPCs consist of multiple copies of 30 distinct proteins, which assemble into biochemically-separable subcomplexes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79023; HGNC ID: HGNC:29929; UniProt: Q8NFH4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024057.4; Chromosome location: 12q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
