SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NUP214 (nucleoporin 214) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NUP214 qPCR Primer Set – nucleoporin 214
Also known as: CAIN, CAN, IIAE9
About this gene: The nuclear pore complex is a massive structure that extends across the nuclear envelope, forming a gateway that regulates the flow of macromolecules between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. Nucleoporins are the main components of the nuclear pore complex in eukaryotic cells. NUP214 belongs to the FG-repeat-containing nucleoporins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8021; HGNC ID: HGNC:8064; UniProt: P35658; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005085.4; Chromosome location: 9q34.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
