Human ATP1A3 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 3

Also known as: AHC2, CAPOS, DEE99, DYT12, RDP

About this gene: The ATP1A3 protein belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases, and to the subfamily of Na+/K+ -ATPases. Na+/K+ -ATPase is an integral membrane protein responsible for establishing and maintaining the electrochemical gradients of Na and K ions across the plasma membrane. These gradients are essential for osmoregulation, for sodium-coupled transport of a variety of organic and inorganic molecules, and for electrical excitability of nerve and muscle.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 478; HGNC ID: HGNC:801; UniProt: P13637; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152296.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.2

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
