SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NUDT11 (nudix hydrolase 11, also called hDIPP3beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NUDT11 qPCR Primer Set – nudix hydrolase 11
Also known as: APS1, ASP1, DIPP3b, DIPP3beta, hDIPP3beta
About this gene: NUDT11 belongs to a subgroup of phosphohydrolases that preferentially attack diphosphoinositol polyphosphates.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55190; HGNC ID: HGNC:18011; UniProt: Q96G61; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018159.4; Chromosome location: Xp11.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
