About this gene: NUCKS1 encodes a nuclear protein that is highly conserved in vertebrates. The conserved regions of the protein contain multiple consensus phosphorylation sites for casein kinase II and cyclin-dependent kinases, two putative nuclear localization signals, and a basic DNA-binding domain. The NUCKS1 gene product is phosphorylated in vivo by Cdk1 during mitosis of the cell cycle.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
