SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATP1A2 (ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ATP1A2 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 2
Also known as: DEE98, FARIMPD, FHM2, MHP2
About this gene: The ATP1A2 protein belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases, and to the subfamily of Na+/K+ -ATPases. Na+/K+ -ATPase is an integral membrane protein responsible for establishing and maintaining the electrochemical gradients of Na and K ions across the plasma membrane. These gradients are essential for osmoregulation, for sodium-coupled transport of a variety of organic and inorganic molecules, and for electrical excitability of nerve and muscle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 477; HGNC ID: HGNC:800; UniProt: P50993; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000702.4; Chromosome location: 1q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
