Human ATP12A qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+/K+ transporting non-gastric alpha2 subunit

Also known as: ATP1AL1, H-K-ATPase, HK

About this gene: The ATP12A protein belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. ATP12A encodes a catalytic subunit of the ouabain-sensitive H+/K+ -ATPase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H and K ions across the plasma membrane. The ATP12A gene product is also responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 479; HGNC ID: HGNC:13816; UniProt: P54707; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001676.7; Chromosome location: 13q12.12|13q12.1-q12.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
