SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NSF (N-ethylmaleimide sensitive factor, vesicle fusing ATPase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NSF qPCR Primer Set – N-ethylmaleimide sensitive factor, vesicle fusing ATPase
Also known as: DEE96, SEC18, SKD2
About this gene: NSF enables PDZ domain binding activity and ionotropic glutamate receptor binding activity. It is involved in intracellular protein transport; positive regulation of protein catabolic process; and positive regulation of receptor recycling. Implicated in cocaine dependence and developmental and epileptic encephalopathy 96.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4905; HGNC ID: HGNC:8016; UniProt: P46459; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006178.4; Chromosome location: 17q21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
