SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ASNSD1 (asparagine synthetase domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ASNSD1 qPCR Primer Set – asparagine synthetase domain containing 1
Also known as: NBLA00058, NS3TP1
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in L-asparagine biosynthetic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within adipose tissue development; skeletal muscle tissue development; and transdifferentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54529; HGNC ID: HGNC:24910; UniProt: Q9NWL6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_019048.4; Chromosome location: 2q32.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
