SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATP10B (ATPase phospholipid transporting 10B (putative)) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ATP10B qPCR Primer Set – ATPase phospholipid transporting 10B (putative)
Also known as: ATPVB
About this gene: ATP10B enables glycosylceramide flippase activity and phosphatidylcholine flippase activity. It is involved in lysosomal membrane organization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23120; HGNC ID: HGNC:13543; UniProt: O94823; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025153.3; Chromosome location: 5q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
